Registration Process:
To apply for the CCM Hockey Showcase, please click the red Register Now button in the masthead and apply online. All submitted applications will be reviewed and vetted by staff prior to being accepted to ensure that the eligibility requirements of the Showcase are being met. When, and if, you are accepted, you will receive an Acceptance email from us welcoming you to the Showcase and containing the required CCM Hockey Showcase Health Form. This process may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks while we check credentials and research teams or leagues we are not familiar with, so it is recommended that you DO NOT make any travel or hotel reservations until you receive this Acceptance Email.
Please note: Payments made online for the Showcase are NOT processed in real-time upon submission of a completed application. Only once you are accepted into the Showcase will your credit card be charged.
Goaltender Registration Policy:
Goaltenders may apply online any time up to and until 12:00 midnight on February 17 at which time the goaltender registration process will be closed for the year. Starting that week, the top goaltenders will be selected from the pool of submitted applicants based solely on qualifications.
Selected goaltenders will then be notified via email the week of March 9 regarding their selection. Due to registration totals and allotted goaltender spots per team, we will unfortunately not be able to accept everyone, so for those goaltenders who are not accepted at that time, you be added to our waitlist pending any open roster spots due to cancellations, non-acceptance, or injuries. In this event, the next waitlisted goaltender will be offered that spot based on the same criteria.
Credit cards will not be charged until a player is accepted.
Registration Information:
Full payment is due upon enrollment, and subsequent acceptance, into this event. No player will be allowed to participate unless all fees have been paid and all health forms submitted in full.
Cancellations:
All cancellations received by midnight MST on April 24 will be issued a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for any cancellations after midnight MST on April 24, at which time all monies paid will be forfeited.
Injuries can be a natural occurrence in a contact sport such as hockey and because of this we cannot issue refunds for injuries. Additionally, refunds will not be granted for injuries occurred at other camps and try-outs prior to the start of this showcase. It is the players responsibility to show up in shape physically and ready to compete. It is expected that since you applied to the CCM Showcase, and were subsequently accepted, that you are a prepared player looking for a showcase with an intense mindset and that you are physically, and mentally, prepared for the daily rigors of this program.
